About G&T
Widely recognised as the most important creative team at Cummins&Partners Melbourne, G&T have had a hand in answering a helluva lot of briefs since the team's 2022 inception. This has given them the opportunity to explore a broad range of categories, styles and challenges. Sweet, sweet challenges.
During their partnership, they have worked proactively to unlock additional revenue with existing clients and contributed to pitch wins for Beyond Blue, APT Touring, AusNet, City of Melbourne and KAYAK. Though their greatest achievement was convincing their CFO to purchase them an automatic ice dispenser.
The teams passion for advertising extends beyond their day-to-day work, with Tiger and Georgia serving as the National and State chairs of Youngbloods, respectively. During their time with YB, they have launched a content series that supports thought leadership from juniors, drank a lot of beers, ran nation-wide creative competitions, put students and CEOs on the same table, stoked agency rivalries through the magic of trivia, sold the unsellable on Gruen, and ran panels on emerging trends, issues and technologies.
The team also volunteer as AWARD School tutors and were recognised as Tutor(s) of the Year in 2024. Well, technically they came second. Just like Tiger did when he completed the course. Fitting.
About Tiger Hongmung
Hi, I’m Tiger. To answer your first question,
yes that’s my real name. And yes, I am named
after a certain golfer.
Before I made the leap to Art Director, I studied Communication Design at Swinburne University (with honours) where I formally trained as a designer.
I landed my first ad gig at Cummins&Partners as a Motion and Graphic designer. And, after a year of blood, sweat and beers, I completed Award School with second place and a schmick new job title.
During my career, I have been lucky enough to
work on clients in both Melbourne and New York including Marriot, Autograph Hotels, DoorDash
and The Wiggles.
Outside of work, I’m a photographer and 3D digital artist. I have exhibited digital works in Melbourne, and managed to sell NFT’s, when that was a thing.
When I’m not creating, I like to be outdoors. Preferably on the precipice of a crystal clear lake, skimming a perfectly smooth stone and watching as it countlessly ricochets against the waters surface (maxed out at 16).
About Georgia Payne
Howdy, the names Payne, Georgia Payne.
And yes, that’s my real hair. I’m the one
who is more betterer with words.
Some years ago, armed with a Bachelor in Communications (Advertising) from RMIT, a healthy dose of whimsy, a crippling internet addiction and a fairly average folio I made my start as a creative copywriter.
Since that fateful day, I have worked with the
clients in here, as well as SKYN, Vegeta,
Jeep, Dulux, RMIT, Crown Resorts, Lifestyles
& Alfa Romeo.
Turns out, I really enjoy this whole advertising thing. So much so I find myself teaching lectures at Monash University, tutoring AWARD school and running Youngbloods VIC.
Fear not, I still have time for myself. Time spent collecting records, skiing, catching as much live music as my bank account allows, tending to my sourdough starter (Angelique) and my veggie garden (nameless), and spending as much time outside as humanly possible – preferably by a body of water, with a book in hand. Oh, and I make a mean meal.

It’s easy to convince yourself of your own brilliance. Harder to convince others.

“
If they have one weakness, it is their cult-like devotion to myself, an admiration, which though flattering, shows a distinct lack of character on their part. However, the aforementioned abilities, paired with their unquenchable desire to learn and constant steps to improve, will hold them in good stead. In my admittedly solicited opinion, their wit and work ethic would undoubtedly strengthen any creative department. 3/10. Culture hire only.”

“
Their brilliance doesn’t stop at the work itself—their energy, resilience, and sheer work ethic set a tone that elevates everyone around them. Whether brainstorming big ideas or perfecting the tiniest details, they bring a seamless blend of humour and focus that makes every project more fun and more successful.
In short: they're powerhouse talent and a team that raises the bar for everyone.”

“
They're interested and interesting. They take clever, intuitive leaps whilst also being students of the industry. Able to take a strategy on, and able to take leaps beyond basic guidance; they'll always extend beyond the opportunity in front of them.
With opportunity, they'll go very far indeed.
And they'll look after the talent around them, which is a very special trait. ”
